Job summary

HCLTech, a leading global technology company, seeks an experienced SAP QM/PP/Manufacturing Senior consultant to join our team on an exciting S4 HANA project. Location – Wellington, CBD.

Primary skill sets in Unix Infra Application Support; secondary in Wintel Infra. This full-time role involves administering Windows and Linux servers, IIS, cloud integrations (AWS), and DR practices, with a focus on security, monitoring, and automation.

Qualifications

• Min 10+ years to 18+ years of experience required in IT infrastructure.
• Location – Wellington, CBD.
• Mode of employment: Full-Time.
• Assisted Channels – IIS Wintel Admin role.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server (2008–2022) and Linux systems.
• Install, configure, and support IIS web servers and web applications.
• Deploy application updates and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage SSL certificates, bindings, and security configurations for IIS applications.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using enterprise tools; respond to alerts/incidents.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripts.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and incident resolutions.
• Participate in change management and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• should have knowledge on IIS webserver administration
• Knowledge in troubleshooting web based/windows based applications
• Ensuring system security , resilience and availability through DR
• Monitoring network performance and integrity, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support cloud hosted solutions(AWS) and ensuring seamless integration
• Troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues and ensuring minimal disruption
• Hands on experience with diagnostic tools and security protocols
