OceanaGold Corporation in Otago, NZ seeks an Underground Supervisor/Shift Boss at Macraes Mine. The role focuses on safe, efficient mining practices and the use of underground equipment.
Drive-in drive-out from Dunedin or Oamaru with a 6:15am/pm to 7:00pm/am roster, 7 days on/off, based at Macraes. You will oversee underground development and production, coordinate with engineers, and lead mining personnel to uphold our values.

This position is primarily responsible for overseeing safe and efficient mining practices inline with the published mining schedules. This role is also responsible for the efficient use of all equipment and safe work processes underground.
Working roster of 6:15am/pm to 7:00pm/am, 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off, based at Macraes Mine, East Otago, New Zealand.
