About the role

This is a fixed term position to cover parental leave. You will join our City office and work as part of our Personal Assistant team within our Trusts & Estates practice group. While legal knowledge is advantageous, we value your ability to transfer your existing administrative and secretarial skills into the legal industry. You’ll deliver an excellent client experience in a professional, friendly, timely, and accurate manner.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and format legal documents
  • Transcribe digital dictations
  • Organise and maintain document management systems
  • Assist with accurate and timely billing
  • Utilise practice management software
  • Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client service
About you
  • At least two years proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles (legal experience a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
  • High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Genuine interest in supporting people and working in a team
