Job summary

ACC is seeking an Injury Prevention Leader to lead the planning and delivery of Treatment Safety priorities. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, translate data, clinical evidence and lived experience into practical prevention actions across Aotearoa New Zealand.

You will build relationships with ACC and sector partners, shape solutions, and commission evidence-informed initiatives that deliver measurable, equitable system improvements while operating within governance and performance

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading the delivery of complex programmes and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong health systems knowledge and systems thinking capability.
• Experience using data, research and evidence to inform decisions and prioritisation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across ACC, government, providers and communities.
• Experience delivering Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments and addressing inequities.
• Experience operating within governance, risk, investment and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and adaptive delivery approaches.
