Orion is seeking a Trainer Coach (Network Operations) to translate field experience into practical training that raises network operation competencies. You will work across classroom, field and broader business to develop capability and safety culture.
You will collaborate with field crews and partners to ensure training reflects real-world needs and regulatory requirements, while helping shape the annual coaching programme.
You've built strong experience in electricity network operations and understand what good operational practice looks like. Now, you might be ready to use that knowledge in a different way. As our Trainer Coach (Network Operations), you'll draw on your operational experience to help others develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to work safely and effectively on our network. You'll provide training and coaching, contribute to learning resources, and play an important role in strengthening capability across Orion while remaining connected to field operations.
