Overview

An exciting opportunity to coach, motivate and provide guidance for our Buddy Trainers and new employees has become available. This position will be prominently based around nightshift production when in full season. Training for this role will begin on Dayshift. If you like to bring out the best in people, embrace a challenge while being passionate about how training is delivered, this may be the perfect position to advance your career path which could lead into other functional Leadership or Training Specialist roles.
