Job Description

As a Trading Manager, you will oversee all shop-floor activities. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure merchandising and trading standards are maintained, the Trading Plan is executed, and pricing integrity and product availability meet expectations.

In our smaller Blenheim store, this role also includes overseeing presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery, especially during low-traffic times to minimize customer impact. Ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing within tight timeframes requires strong leadership. The overall customer experience depends on you and your team!

You will recruit, lead, coach, and motivate your team to succeed, enjoy their work, and achieve excellent results, all while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Qualifications

We seek a motivated, experienced leader with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential. Prior retail experience in stock management, merchandising, recovery, and visual presentation is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate is hands-on and enjoys actively contributing to team success.
