Overview

Join the Coca-Cola Europacific (CCEP) team in New Zealand and drive brand visibility and market growth! This is an unparalleled opportunity for an experienced Trade Marketer to deliver world class activations on iconic brands with New Zealand’s largest retailers.

We’re seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager with strong project management experience to join a driven, fun, supportive, hard-working and goal-oriented team. This full-time role is based in Auckland and reports to the Head of Brand Activation, Trade Marketing and Design.

Your Impact

The Trade Marketing Manager At Home, working closely with our brand partners, will lead the At Home marketing strategy to execution, including delivery of tools and resources to the sales team and customers to execute with precision and accuracy. Executed in close partnership with the Channel team including Key Account Managers & the CCEP NPD team the role:

  • Lead the execution of brand activation plans within joint business plans and annual plans for key customers, channels, and points of connection (POCs).
  • Refine, and manage trade execution initiatives and toolkits (e.g., promotions, Point of sale, in-store visibility) with retailer media agencies.
  • Manage the channel/trade promotion calendar for focus brands.
  • Lead channel inputs to the NPD process and develop internal and external communications for the Key account and sales teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective trade execution and activation.
  • Partner with Marketing and subject matter experts including category to craft compelling product selling stories
  • Co-ordinate post campaign reviews with subject matter experts to improve ROI and deliver world class activation.
  • Manage and track the At Home Trade Marketing budget

About You

You’re already a Trade Marketer with about 5 years of industry experience (ideally familiar with the NZ Grocery landscape). A self-starter with strong time management expert, with a proven ability to deliver quality projects on time while adhering to the channel’s strategy.

You’ll bring a category mindset and curiosity about how to win with customers and shoppers to drive the Trade Marketing strategy, develop path to purchase and ensure continuous improvement of activation and shopper marketing activity for At Home.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively.
