Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in loading vehicles, consolidating orders, and ensuring a seamless, efficient experience for our busy trade customers
  • Assisting customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and hazard-free work environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
What does it take to succeed?
  • A passion for customer service excellence
  • A can-do approach and a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, numerical skills, and great attention to detail
  • Building industry knowledge or experience is beneficial but not required
  • Forklift license is advantageous but not essential
  • Physically fit and have solid health and safety values as some manual heavy lifting is involved
