Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is hiring for a Trade Drive-Thru Customer Service role (Full Time). You will support trade and DIY customers at the drive-thru, keeping stock and presentation tidy while delivering friendly service. Training and development are available, with excellent staff discounts.

TRADE Drive-Thru Customer Service (Full Time)

We are looking for an allrounder, who can work the Trade Drive-Thru. This role will ensure interactions with our Trade and DIY customers happen seamlessly, assisting them with any requirements and queries, keeping the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy within the trade department.

You will bring;

• A focus on customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new products
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressure
• A very strong attention to detail and accuracy
• No restrictions on lifting products and be physically fit and capable
• Knowledge of building supply products is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are willing to learn
• Possession of a forklift license would be highly desirable, but is not a requirement

This is a Full time role of 5 days a week including a weekend day. Shift hours would be discussed with the successful applicant.
