Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA New Plymouth invites applications for a supervisory administrative role within our busy store. You will lead a team of around six people and oversee a high-volume of everyday admin tasks while keeping a strong customer service focus.

The position is 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with opportunities to grow within our Kiwi-owned business and access our staff benefits and development framework.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in busy retail/trades environment.
• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of approximately 6 people.
• 40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday.
• Handle a high volume of administrative tasks alongside customer service.
