Job summary

KiwiQuest is seeking seasonal tractor operators for Marlborough vineyards and farms to support ground care, weed management, harvesting and contracting. You will operate tractors, perform mulching, spreading and pre-start checks while maintaining safe, clean equipment.

Availability through December and January is required, with accommodation or a room available. NZD 30 per hour plus additional bonuses during peak months, and a farm vehicle may be provided.

Qualifications

• Confident, experienced tractor operation skills.
• Spatial awareness and precision in confined vineyard spaces.
• Physical fitness for hands-on outdoor work.
• Safety-conscious, reliability and strong work ethic.
• Full availability through December and January, including public holidays.
• Seasonal work from late September to late January.
