About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Payroll Implementation & System Administrator to support the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system for a well-established aged care provider. This is a four month fixed-term opportunity where you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition, accurate data migration, and ongoing system support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the implementation and configuration of a new Time & Attendance system.
  • Cleansing and transforming payroll data for system migration.
  • Providing Tier 1 and 2 support to end users and escalating complex issues.
  • Delivering training and guidance to users across the organisation.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve workflows and user experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with payroll systems (HumanForce experience is a bonus).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and post-go-live support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to travel across New Zealand as required.
