Overview

Responsibilities

The position supports licensed mental health therapists who work with child and adolescent populations as well as across the lifespan in an outpatient setting. Typical aspects include clinical care delivery and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a modern office environment. This role offers full administrative support so therapists can focus on clinical responsibilities and patient care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the state of Kansas (LSCSW, LCPC, LCMFT or equivalent).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents, or with populations across the lifespan.
• The ability to work from home with a secure internet connection and a private space; comfortable with basic troubleshooting.

Location and Scheduling

Open to onsite hybrid work for Overland Park, KS, and Foster St locations. Quick credentialing is anticipated (approximately 30-60 days).

• Compensation range: $80,640 - $107,520 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
