Job summary

Farmers Trading Company Ltd is hiring a The Ordinary Beauty Advisor for Shore City in Auckland. You will focus on skincare consulting, diagnosing concerns, and recommending The Ordinary products to create a trusted customer relationship.

Role requires retail/hostpitality sales experience, strong communication, and a passion for skincare. You will work with the Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Manager to grow the business and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

The Ordinary Beauty Advisor - Shore City

This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will work the following roster:

• Tuesday: 10am - 5:30pm
• Thursday: 11am - 7pm
• Friday: 9:30am - 6:15pm
• Saturday: 9am - 5:30pm

Working with this prestigious Brand as a Beauty Advisor is an opportunity for you to showcase your talents, from performing skincare consultants, diagnosing skincare concerns and recommending products. This role offers it all you can positively impact your customers and spread joy, who wouldn't want to do that on a daily basis?! This role is varied and will require you to:

• Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor.
• Collaborate with the Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential.
• Be confident in applying products, recommending products and closing the sale.
• Share your passion for the Brand and all their exciting offerings.

About You:

We are seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team who has:

• Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets.
• A passion for Skincare, Health and Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
• A genuine desire to up-skill yourself with new product knowledge, reviews and launches.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.
