Job summary

The Doctors Napier Group is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join us as Clinical Director across three Napier clinics—Napier, Greenmeadows and Ahuriri. This leadership role centers on equity, clinical excellence, and quality improvement, with a seat at the strategic leadership table.

You will lead a skilled team of nurses, GPs and admins, drive innovative and efficient patient care, and negotiate a generous salary package for 32–40 hours per week.

Job description

We have an opening for an experienced General Practitioner to join our team as Clinical Director at The Doctors Napier Group. We have a 23,800 patient base across our three clinics- Napier, Greenmeadows and Ahuriri. If you are interested in a leadership position in a strong and stable practice, then please get in touch!

We are looking for someone who can champion equity, bring clinical excellence, has proven quality improvement experience and has great ideas for clinically effective and efficient ways of working. You will play a key role in the strategic planning and will be sitting at the leadership table. The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical and communication skills. This role will be supported by our dedicated team of administration, nurses, GPs and NPs.

We have an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate GP to join our team. As an experienced GP ideally you will be vocationally registered or working toward this. You will be working with a team of skilled nurses and GP colleagues and an experienced administration team, supported by a dedicated Practice Manager.
