A New Zealand insurance and investment company is seeking a Test Lead to oversee testing efforts on a pivotal workstream. The role involves planning, managing the test strategy, and ensuring high-quality test deliverables throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in test leadership and proficiency in multiple delivery methodologies. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position offering various benefits.

The Test Lead will lead and be accountable for the test effort on a large workstream pivotal to the successful delivery of the Elevate Programme. The focus will be on Test activities and being an advocate for quality through all stages of the Delivery process. The Test Lead will also be required to partner closely with our external vendor that will be delivering multiple insurance Policy Administration System modules into MAS, so as well as test planning, preparation and execution activities, this role will have a test oversight and organisation component and be required to have oversight of the Vendor test deliverables.
