A leading payroll service provider in Christchurch is searching for a test analyst with a strong background in testing. Ideal candidates will adapt easily, possess excellent communication skills, and have a detail-oriented mindset. We are looking for another test analyst to join a team that is curious, motivated and committed to delivering new things.

Requirements
  • Do you have?
  • Strong test background with proven experience in functional, system, integration, and end to end testing
  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Have impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to constructively identify problems and troubleshoot problems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and able to work both independently, or in a group
Nice to Have
  • The following skills would be an advantage:
  • Payroll and/or Accounting experience
  • Solid manual testing experience
  • Test automation experience and the ability to identify priority targets for automation – or a strong desire to learn
  • Knowledge of Git source control and build or CI/CD systems
  • Testing or Agile industry certifications such as ISTQB
