Overview

At Coca-Cola European Pacific NZ we are a passionate team committed to building lasting partnerships with our customers and finding new ways to do things better. As a Territory Sales Manager in our "Away from Home" team in Wellington, youll be the face of CCEP within your territory of customers — their go-to for all their needs and consistently receiving exceptional customer service. You will be out on the road for the majority of each day, visiting customers on a regular call cycle and driving growth within each store. This is a permanent full-time role. Travel is required on occasions to Hutt Valley, Porirua, Kapiti Coast and Wairarapa.

Responsibilities

Youll be responsible for increasing sales volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed, and working in partnership with your customers to grow their business and ours. You will continually identify new opportunities with a focus on new business acquisition. Your competitive edge and drive to meet targets, teamed with a passion for building strong relationships, will help you succeed in this role. Most importantly, youll think strategically in your selling approach and understand your customersneeds — your forward-thinking approach will drive exceptional results for CCEP and for your customers alike.

Building strategic relationships is a key part of this role, as youll deal with a wide variety of customers and will need to adapt to their individual needs. You dont need FMCG experience (but its a big bonus if you do have it); however you do need proven sales and customer service skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment will be the key to success. Finally, youll have the ability to work autonomously, but you will also be committed to supporting your wider team and contributing to team success.
