Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager Route & Field, you will be part of our high-performing South Island sales team. You will engage with our out-of-home and grocery retailers, creating awareness and opportunities. This is a true selling role!
Other key responsibilities include:
Effectively manage your region/customer base by developing strong relationships, creating win-win outcomes across out-of-home and grocery retailers.
Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets by effectively managing in-store execution/supplier agreements.
Maximize speed to market with new products and distribution of an existing portfolio of premium products.
Efficiently self-manage your territory call cycle to ensure regular in-store visits across all markets.
Support our out-of-home Territory operator network with high levels of communication.
Please note that this role has regular out of town travel.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Drive, motivation, resilience, and a strong passion for sales
Proven ability building professional relationships and strong sales skills
Tertiary qualifications are preferredbut not essential
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, andwork under pressure to tight deadlines
A skilled negotiator and problem solver with a 'can do' approach to solving problems
Experience and confidence in using Microsoft Office software to a medium level
Experience in a similar role is not essential but an advantage
Highly autonomous role where you will be rewarded for your efforts
