Our territory manager roles are critical to our success and serve as a great way to launch your career. These roles involve managing a hybrid portfolio of traditional retail and on-premise customers.

  • Territory Management: Ensure coverage within your territory according to the customer call cycle, and execute planned visits to each customer.
  • Selling: Promote and upsell all Suntory Oceania products.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate new contracts and renewals with on-premise customers.
  • Implementation: Implement category management initiatives to meet planogram and space-to-sales targets.
  • Analysis: Analyze and target new business opportunities through cold calling and presenting new products to meet objectives.
About you | Nō hea koe
  • Experience in a field sales role, ideally within the liquor industry, with a eagerness to learn and drive sales.
  • Ability to work autonomously and plan your day to maximize time in trade.
  • Understanding of the sales process and systems.
  • A customer-centric mindset, working closely with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • A desire to grow and achieve – we can teach much of the knowledge if you have the right attitude.
  • You will be a problem solver, always coming up with innovative solutions.
