About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this onsite field role will see you responsible for driving profitable growth across Wellington and surrounding regions. You’ll develop strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and industry stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions that support construction innovation.

What You’ll Do

As our Territory Manager, you will:

  • Make a difference: Drive profitable growth by building relationships with customers, influencers, and stakeholders across your territory.
  • Innovate and solve problems: Use data-driven insights and market knowledge to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate: Partner with internal teams including Engineering, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement: Support the execution of strategic growth initiatives, identifying new customers, products, and markets.
