About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our ITW Construction – Ramset & RCS Shared Resource team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this field-based role covers the Auckland region, driving growth across our customer network.

What You’ll Do
  • Make a Difference: Drive profitable growth across your defined territory by developing key relationships with customers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Innovate and Solve Problems: Identify opportunities to grow market share and deliver specification through strategic engagement and collaboration with the Engineering team.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams including project coordinators, marketing, operations, and customer service to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Support strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
