Responsibilities

• Detail-focused interviews, vetting applications, and presenting offers.
• Maintain account management excellence for clients.
• Prepare participants with pre-employment skills and training.
• Guide participants to set goals and career plans.
• Roster management and data handling.
• Build lasting client relationships and pursue growth opportunities.
• Analyze territory potential and manage CRM for hits on targets.
