Overview

We are a leading eCommerce fulfilment solutions business headquartered in Christchurch, with a new state-of-the-art office space near Bournemouth Airport.

With our peak season approaching, we are looking for temporary, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team for up to 12 weeks, starting Monday 3rd November 2025. This role is based at our Christchurch site (BH23 4FL) and offers 40 hours per week.

Hours of Work

You will be scheduled to work 5 days out of 7 each week, 8 hours per day, with shifts assigned as either:

  • 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts is required.

Important – Assessment Details

Please note that we will be holding one group assessment session only on Wednesday 22nd October 2025 at 4.30pm.

There will be no individual interviews, so it’s essential that all applicants are available to attend this group assessment in order to be considered.

Key responsibilities
  • Working as part of a team to ensure all operational SLAs are achieved
  • Picking stock using the latest handheld scanners
  • Ensure all orders are processed efficiently in line with specific customer requirements
  • Dispatching orders to specific requirements
  • Maintaining stock accuracy
  • Loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe operation of equipment and machinery
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace and environment
  • Complying with the Company’s processes and procedures
  • Any other duties as assigned
