A leading recruitment agency in Christchurch is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative for a part-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Prior telephone sales experience is preferred but a sense of humour and excellent communication skills are a must.
This is a well-established and growing New Zealand-owned freight forwarder with over 10 years in the Christchurch market and 40 years in business. They provide a range of competitive and innovative import and export freight forwarding solutions, backed by a strong and experienced customer service team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Representative to help drive new buisness opportunities. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and booking meetings for the field-based sales representatives. The role is part-time that offers genuine flexibility – ideal for someone looking for school hours or to fit it in with study or other commitments.
You will making outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads and schedule meetings with the external sales team. You will also maintain accurate call records and follow up on prospects, work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support client engagement.
