Job summary

The Warehouse Group, including Warehouse Stationery, is seeking a friendly Technology Customer Advisor in Rotorua. You will help customers with their Technology needs and deliver excellent service in a busy retail setting.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am–3:30pm. A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
• Good communication skills are essential and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn is a must.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technology needs and questions.
• Provide friendly, helpful service in a retail environment.
• Support team with daily store operations and customer flow.

You will be keen to build a career in retail and be passionate about helping our customers with their Technology needs. To really succeed in this role, your reliability and strong work ethic are essential.

It would also be ideal if you have a special interest in Technology and the desire to keep learning in this space!
