Job summary

The Warehouse is seeking a superstar for our Entertainment department to help customers with all their entertainment needs, whether it be preparing them to have the ultimate gaming setup, or getting setup with a new phone!

It’s a fast-paced role requiring great communication, a positive can-do attitude, and a genuine interest in technology. This permanent part-time position runs Tue–Fri 9:30am–4:30pm and Sat 9:00am–4:30pm in Greymouth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Passion for entertainment and technology products.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with entertainment needs (gaming, phones).
• Spark conversations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with repairs and set up and support daily department operations.

You’re someone who likes sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional. It would be great if you have a special interest in technology.

This is a permanent part time position working the following:

• Tuesday to Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm
• Saturday 9:00am - 4:30pm

Ideally You Will Have

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
• Knowledge and passion for all aspects of this department
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Positive, can-do attitude. taking the lead in daily operations. Assist customers with repairs.
• Team player, Customer first attitude.
• Eye for detail, for changing plans of the department.
