Where you’ll make an impact We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technology Experience Partner to proactively support to our Waikato and Bay of Plenty care homes and retirement villages. Reporting to the Technology Experience Manager, you’ll use your strong relationship management skills to help develop strong stakeholder relationships within Bupa’s care homes and retirement villages, as well as our property team and third-party vendors. You will ensure Bupa technology users always have a point of contact and that the Bupa technology environment is maintained to specified standards and policies.
This is a dynamic, mobile role that supports multiple sites which requires site visits to provide a proactive service.
