Technical Product Manager - Mobile

Responsibilities

As our Technical Product Manager - Mobile, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile technology products from strategy and design through to delivery, optimisation, and retirement. You'll work closely with Mobile Core Engineering, OSS/BSS, and Digital teams to define product features, drive technical improvements, and ensure deep system integration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, and customer experience, who is passionate about simplifying architecture, improving supportability, and delivering mobile services customers love.

How you'll show up
  • Expert level experience in product management, solution architecture, or technical delivery within the mobile telco or digital services domain
  • Strong understanding of mobile telecommunications systems including LTE, NB-IoT, NR, VoLTE, IMS, and eSIM
  • Proven experience working with mobile core platforms, OSS/BSS architecture, APIs, service provisioning, and customer data flows
  • Prior exposure to eSIM, MDM, IoT, or managed mobility services
  • Able to write clear requirements and user stories, and translate customer needs into technical specifications
  • Experience owning products from concept through to launch and optimisation
  • Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable working with UX/UI teams and reviewing customer journeys
  • Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications degree preferred
