Job description

Our client is seeking customer service representatives with strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and a passion for problem-solving!

The Role:
  1. Multiple full-time positions available
  2. Evening shifts - between 11:30AM - 9PM
  3. Operate 7 days a week between 7am and 12:30pm, with potential weekend work
  4. Temporary contract (6 months) with a high chance of extension or permanence
  5. Set shifts, ensuring predictable scheduling
  6. Intake date: 19th May 2025
  7. 3 weeks of paid training
  8. Location: Central Wellington in a modern office

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will:
  1. Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues with customers
  3. Log incidents and manage support processes

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or contact centres. To succeed in this role, you MUST have:

  1. Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
  2. Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential)
  3. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  4. Excellent system skills and a confident understanding of technology
  5. Problem-solving skills
  6. Clear criminal history and credit check
  7. NZ residency or citizenship
