Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years across Data & Analytics, ideally in a mature data environment.
• 5+ years in senior technical or data leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern data technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt or Fivetran).
• Experience implementing or leading a modern data platform or new data technology.
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering, relational data modelling and data architecture.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven experience driving data transformation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management at technical and executive levels.
• Public sector experience would be beneficial.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ experience across Data & Analytics, ideally within a mature data environment.
• 5+ years in senior technical or data leadership roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt or Fivetran, with strong proficiency in at least one.
• Experience implementing or leading the adoption of a modern data platform or new data technology.
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering, relational data modelling and data architecture.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven experience driving data transformation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at both technical and executive levels.
• Comfortable working autonomously, navigating ambiguity and leading others through change.
• Experience with machine learning and automation would be advantageous.
• Public sector experience would be beneficial.
