About the Role

  • 12 month fixed term
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday

We embrace flexible working, and this role will allow you to work from home and our offices in Paengaroa. Typically, our team members come to site a few times week for team collaboration, connection, and as required for special events, so for this reason would prefer applicants come from with a 45-minute commute to our offices in Paengaroa, BOP.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative capabilities and proven experience in developing and maintaining business processes. In this newly established role, you will take ownership of coordinating and managing technical documentation that underpins product registrations, market access, and the successful onboarding of new suppliers, customers, and retail partners. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely across teams to ensure all documentation is clearly structured, accurately version-controlled, and aligned with both internal systems and external compliance standards.


Some of the key areas of responsibility will be;

  • Managing Technical Documentation:Create, format, and maintain a wide range of technical documents. Ensure documents are version-controlled, archived, and meet internal and external compliance standards.
  • Central Point of Contact:Act as the primary contact for internal and external technical documentation requests, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication.
  • Improve Systems and Processes: Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, templates, and document portals (e.g., SharePoint). Support continuous improvement of documentation practices and access. Create new processes from scratch.
  • Ensure Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive documentation with discretion and ensure all practices align with compliance and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, and other internal teams to streamline document flow and share information effectively.
  • Support Regulatory and Market Access Needs: Coordinate documentation for product registrations, market entry, and onboarding of suppliers, customers, and retail partners.

What we would like from you

  • Strong administrative skills and experience, ideally in a technical, scientific, or FMCG setting.
  • Familiarity with document management tools like SharePoint, OneDrive, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experienced in document management.
