Job summary

VINCI Energies New Zealand is seeking a Technical Business Analyst based in Auckland. You will drive end-to-end business software delivery, support critical applications and enable BI reporting across the organisation.

You will gather requirements, map processes and design solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to improve operations. Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI and SQL will help you deliver dashboards and automated processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical business analysis or similar experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering software projects.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs and solution delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced SharePoint administration and SQL skills.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Power BI and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing and deployment.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Support and enhance business applications, Power Platform solutions, SharePoint environments and Power BI reporting.
• Manage application support, troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Support development and enhancement of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Utilise SQL and other tools to extract data.
• Develop technical documentation, training materials and user guides with vendors and business teams.
• Provide support for Android and iOS devices as required, including MDM setup.
