This on-site role offers the chance to develop technical product knowledge and commercial acumen within a supportive, values-driven co-operative that serves New Zealand farming communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming, agribusiness, or related customer-focused environment is advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and commercial capability.
• Ability to identify opportunities and work autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with farmers across the Morrinsville region and provide product advice.
• Help customers find solutions that drive on-farm success and business growth.
• Spend time in Morrinsville store collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional service.
