Job summary

Farmlands Te Whenua Tāroa, New Zealand’s largest farming co-operative, seeks an experienced adviser based in the Waikato region to provide expert dairy farming guidance, plus sheep and beef insights, and to grow our brand locally.

You will build shareholder relationships, promote products and services, and deliver practical technical advice across diverse farm audiences. Applicants must have legal right to work in New Zealand; pre-employment checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise and knowledge across dairy farming
• Familiarity with sheep and beef farm systems.
• Strong customer focus, with confidence and expertise to develop new business.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in providing technical advice to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of the local farming community, environment and an understanding of its needs.
