The Customer Support Team plays a crucial role in shaping positive first impressions for all visitors to our Centres.

As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional frontline services to a diverse customer base, addressing a wide variety of inquiries both in person and over the phone. You can expect each day to offer new challenges and experiences.

It is a 32-hour permanent part time role. Monday to Thursday (12.45PM-9.15PM).

Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers\' needs.

You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
