The team works with stakeholders across Service Delivery to make sure content is accurate, consistent, timely, accessible and tailored to audience needs.As Team Manager, Communications Channels and Content, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of communications across channels and content. You will manage workflow and priorities, support multi-channel communications and maintain strong standards for quality, tone and accessibility.You will provide clear direction to team members, manage workload and delivery priorities, and use performance information and feedback to improve processes and outputs. While your primary focus may be channels or content, you will work across both areas as required to meet team priorities and delivery demands.You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated communications that meet business needs and deadlines.
