Responsibilities

• Lead with heart, purpose, and a sprinkle of magic as a dynamic team leader
• Champion infant development with genuine care and curiosity
• Mentor and uplift kaiako, empower them to grow, reflect, and shine in their practice
• Support programme planning and ensure effective delivery of learning experiences
• Engage with the local community through excursions and partnerships

Qualifications

• ECE qualification and Current/Provisional Teaching Registration
