About The Role

As an Operations Team Leader based in Grenada North, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team with the day-to-day operations alongside other leaders within the business. This involves effectively and safely managing operational activities, ensuring key performance indicators are met, and the plant, equipment, and its fleet are maintained.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery while championing continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the Wellington site.
  2. Lead and develop a team across warehouse, digitisation, administration, shred facility, and courier services.
  3. Ensure KPIs are met and health and safety protocols are followed.
  4. Coordinate projects, allocate resources, and maintain service quality.
  5. Recruit and onboard temporary project staff.
  6. Occasional out-of-town travel to scope out jobs.
About You
  1. Leadership experience and/or 3+ years in an operations supervisory role.
  2. Proven experience in WHS&E and customer service delivery.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage staff effectively.
  4. Proficient in computer applications.
  5. Hold a Class 1 NZ Driver's Licence.
  6. Digitisation experience is desirable.
