Job summary

Lineage is hiring a Team Leader at our Sulphur Point cold storage facility in Rotorua to lead staff efficiently and meet product movement targets. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety.

Knowledge of inventory scanning and licences (counterbalance and Reach Truck) is a plus. Successful candidates will work with the operations supervisor to optimise the team, ensure safe, reliable service, and contribute to Lineage's

About the Role

Due to an open position, Lineage is looking to recruit a Team Leader at our Sulphur Point cold storage facility. The position will be responsible for the efficient utilisation of their staff and will ensure that product movement levels are achieved. The team leader will liaise closely with their operations supervisor to ensure that these requirements are met.
