Lead the team building the future of Xero's user interface. As the Engineering Team Lead for Frontend Design Systems, you'll be accountable for the engineering strategy behind our shared UI. Your pod will develop the foundational frontend components and platforms used across all of Xero's products, ensuring consistent and cohesive experiences.
This includes everything from UI components as small as a button, to complex dashboard experiences enabling each to be built across the business with minimal effort and in a consistent manner.
