About The Role

Are you highly organised and enjoy moving at a fast pace? Work alongside a great team to support this client focussed group. This role will be stimulating and rewarding, it will consist of a blend of PA-style responsibilities and overall team support. Bring your outgoing personality to this growing team.

Key Tasks
  • Coordinating team activities to maintain high performance levels
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Providing personal assistant support to the Business Advisory Partners and wider leadership group
  • Coordinating team business development and marketing initiatives, including organising meetings, events, and proposals and reporting on performance against established metrics
  • Supporting the team to improve systems and processes, including document management, development of document templates, and filing responsibilities
  • Ensuring team compliance with firm policies and procedures, including client onboarding
  • Support the team with month end processes including client billing and debtor management and attend to all administrative matters associated with the process
About You
  • You are a quick learner, able to pick up complex tasks and systems with ease
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced environment in either a business support role or office administration
  • Confident and proactive individual who enjoys using their initiative to solve problems and add value
  • Superb organisation and time management
  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • High proficiency with systems and MS Office suite- advanced excel
  • Accounts admin experience is preferred
