Our valued public sector client is looking for a Team Administrator to join their dynamic team in Wellington to help provide top-notch coordination and administrative support. About the Role:

As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. General Administration: Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, prepare documents, and provide day-to-day support to the team.
  2. Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, minute-taking, and action tracking.
  3. Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and ensure compliance with policies.
  4. Financial & Procurement Support: Process invoices, track expenses, assist with budgeting, and reconcile accounts.
  5. Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and classified documents.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers.
  7. Process Improvement: Drive efficiency in administrative workflows and compliance tracking.
