GSL Education is currently looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join friendly and nurturing primary schools in the Barton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about education and eager to play a key role in supporting children’s learning and progress.

What your role as a Primary Teaching Assistant looks like:
  • Work alongside teachers to create engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Provide individual and group support to children of all abilities.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Encourage confidence and enthusiasm in young learners.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience working with children in a school setting.
  • A Level 2 or 3 Primary Teaching Assistant qualification is beneficial but not essential.
  • A solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • A caring, patient, and supportive nature.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
