Job summary

St Cuthbert's College (Epsom) in Auckland seeks an experienced Biology teacher for Years 7–15 / wharekura to inspire and challenge students across the curriculum. The successful candidate will hold NZ Teaching Registration and Practising Certificate and have a sound knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum and NCEA requirements.

Experience teaching Psychology and/or IB Biology would be an advantage, and the role aligns with the school’s By Love Serve ethos and values.

Qualifications

• Certified secondary teacher with NZ teaching registration and practising certificate.
• Experience teaching Biology to a range of year levels across the NZ Curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of NCEA requirements and assessment practices.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.

About the role

The successful candidate will be an experienced Biology teacher with the ability to inspire and challenge students across the curriculum. The ability to teach Psychology and/or IB Biology would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you need to:
