Job summary

St Paul’s Collegiate School in the Waikato seeks a Certificated Mathematics and Statistics teacher for Years 7–15/wharekura. The role delivers the NZ Mathematics curriculum through NCEA level 3 and supports a growing, co-ed school with boarding facilities.

You will integrate technology in lessons and weave maatauranga Maaori into learning, within a collaborative department. Permanent, full-time, start Term 1, 2027, with a competitive package and staff luncheons.

This is an exciting time to join our school. At the start of this year, we welcomed our first cohort of junior girls (Year 9). In 2027 this group will progress into Year 10, resulting in a fully co-educational school offering from Year 9 to Year 13 for all students. In response to this growth, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Mathematics teacher to join our committed and well-established Mathematics Department.

We’re looking for an applicant who is confident in delivering the New Zealand Mathematics curriculum through to NCEA level 3. A willingness to integrate technology into teaching and a commitment to incorporating maatauranga Maaori practices into the learning environment are essential.
