Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher. Te reo Māori teaching role at Tauranga Girls' College. The successful candidate will teach Te Reo Māori to junior and senior classes, work flexibly in a learner-centred, future-focused approach, and support the school’s strategic goals. The role involves promoting positive behaviour for learning (PB4L) and restorative practices, contributing to extra-curricular opportunities, and collaborating in a reflective, supportive way to enable the success of all students, with a focus on Māori and Pasifika achievement.
The applicant should hold a current practicing certificate issued by the New Zealand Teaching Council. This position is suitable for both experienced and beginning teachers. Please state supporting subjects.
