The Role:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, offering expert tax advice and compliance services.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
  • Identify and implement tax planning strategies to maximise client benefits.
  • Stay ahead of tax legislation changes, advising clients with up-to-date insights.
  • Prepare detailed tax opinions, liaise with the IRD, and handle project work.
What We’re Looking For:
  • CA or CPA qualified with at least 4+ years of tax advisory experience in public practice in NZ.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of tax professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of New Zealand tax legislation and compliance.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset when addressing client needs.
