Trade Assist, based in Penrose, Auckland, seeks a proactive administrator to support our recruitment desk in a full-time role. You will source top candidates, screen applications, interview, manage the database and ensure compliance and paperwork are kept up to date, enabling consultants to stay in front of clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or admin roles is preferred
• Ability to source candidates and screen applications efficiently
• Strong organisational and record‑keeping skills required

Responsibilities

• Source standout candidates through job boards, networks and our database
• Screen applications, shortlist and interview candidates
• Maintain the candidate database and candidate pools
• Answer phones, manage emails, and support general office tasks
• Ensure applicant administration and compliance are up to date
• Support Recruitment Consultants as needed
• Build real relationships with candidates and clients
